Jonny Camara is the co-founder of Between People. He is an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Strategist, and Certified Radical Candor Coach who has spent nearly a decade designing and delivering learning experiences that challenge leaders to rethink how they show up for their teams. He has worked with hyper-growth startups, Fortune 500 companies, and global leadership teams, helping them build the confidence and skills to foster cultures of trust, openness, and real connection.
